To this end, we have established a closed-loop quality control process spanning the entire product lifecycle, ensuring every delivered piece meets top-tier industry standards.

At the raw material stage, we strictly select ABS plastic granules that meet environmental protection standards, guaranteeing precise part clutch power and non-toxic safety. During production, we integrate high-precision 3D printing technology with automated assembly lines, controlling detail tolerances down to the micron level to perfectly replicate complex character shapes and textures.

We implement a "Triple Inspection System" (self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection). Every batch undergoes non-destructive visual inspections, color adhesion tests, and structural strength stress tests. Only finished products that pass 100% of our internal laboratory's stringent assessments proceed to the final packaging stage.

• EU CE Certification: Our minifigures fully comply with EU machinery directives and EN71 toy safety standards. Authorized with the CE mark, they guarantee free circulation and safe usage within the European market.
• US CPC Certification: We hold Children's Product Certificates (CPC), proving that all materials have been tested by CPSC-accepted third-party laboratories. They are free from lead, phthalates, and other harmful substances, fully meeting the mandatory safety requirements of the US market.
